RFQ evaluation and rough proposal study
RFQ analyze: according to RFQ input to evaluate feasibility, then building DFM file including parts size.shape.material.function ect.
Rough design: according to customer mold design standard requirement to building mold basic layout and structure.
3D model:using software like UG to finish 3D detail model design.

Mold structure design:cavity&core system; molding and cooling system ,moldbase ect.
Moldflow analysis: using moldflow software to analyze injection parameter then can optimize mold cooling and molding system to avoid parts defects.
Design review:Our designer will review detail mold drawing with customer technical team member to ensure final drawing meet customer requirements ,then can fit project target.

Raw material choose
Demand analysis: according to the use requirements and working conditions of the mold, determine the performance requirements of the material.
Material screening: according to the performance requirements, select the materials that meet the requirements from the common mold materials.
Performance test: Perform performance test on the selected materials to verify whether they meet the actual use requirements.
Final selection: The final material selection is determined by comprehensive consideration of performance, cost, process ability and other factors.







Treat the surface of the mold parts to improve the surface finish and corrosion resistance.

Check the working condition of the mold to ensure quality and accuracy of the product, according to the trial run results to modification and optimization.
