Phase of Project kick-off
1. According to RFQ from customer to analyze feasibility of project , and feedback to customer our professional proposal; discussed with customer to clarify all requirement, also provide advise form technical and find out the best solution.
2.We will submit mold quotation and breakdown to fit customer project budget, and make sure project developing smoothly within budget.
Phase of Project development
1.Our engineer will monitor and manage project development process, and will communicate with customer to report project progress regularly.
During manufacturing process we will record measurement result to ensure all parts implement stick quality control . that can ensure processing running smoothly.
Meanwhile we will ensuring mold components accuracy and performance then deliver perfect mold on time.
2.We will according to trial run result and measurement report to fits mold , to ensure mold and parts meet RFQ.
Phase of Project closed
1.We will be submit technical guidance to solve issues during customer operation and maintenance process.
2.We will be continuous submit technical support and service to ensure customer without worries during operation process.
Phase of mold maintenance regularly
1.We can submit mold maintenance service regularly and record detail item to create a complete maintenance file .
2.We can submit quick response maintenance service, also can timely solve mold issue during operation process.

1.We will training for customer operators to ensure mold can be using with correctly and safely.
2.We submit operation manuals and training material to help customer improve operation skills and maintenance ability.

1.We will visit customer regularly and collect feedback during operation process.
